New splash

Hey, i know this isn't my job, but I was just playing around with the crimson wing logo, and i made something out of it. I thought it would look cool if the main logo was animated, so here's something i put together.

Yay /me likes it... and if u are willing to play that much we can make more of these stuff XD

we gonna use it somewhere?

To be honest, the more I look at it, the less I like it o_O

Its not that its bad, its that I always think things look bad xD

anyway, ways to improve:

1. Perhaps have the animation more smooth. The movements look blocky.
2. Don't use the same feather over and over again xD

thats all i can think of really.

I wouldn't reccomend trying to use this somewhere like that main page because it does take longer to load, and I think that an animated picture makes us look a bit "flashy" and wouldn't look that good.

But thats just what I think

methinks it should be glowing instad of that:) its magical feathers so u shouldnt see real feathers:P

i sort of agree with voltai, besides, try and make the spirit healer less bright, and dont make the feathers move, make them glow, like ammell proposed, maybe that will help

its not animated, but it has feathers with a glow.

Nah, don't like this one... looks tottaly like the Spirit Healer ran into cans of red color XD and splattered also... i'ma gonna think of somethin elsse... tell ya later of it, but in meanwhile - dissagress on the last splash

Yeah, I also don't like the latest (more red) one. It kind of looks the same except more... contrasted? (I cant think of a word atm)

Does anyone have a psd. file of this so I can work with the original layers and such? it would probably make it a lot easier. (Im not promising anything xD I usually need to be inspired and it almost never happens)

yeah, i got sick of looking at it after a while and just stopped where i was at. Dont have the original psd though. Good luck finding it.

Ok, i started working on another one, but i need an idea what go put on the base of th splash - i have the wing whole set, but i need somethin which the wing will hold to - so i'm open to suggestion what would that be.

you want like a slogan? or some words?

Look guys - the Spirit Healer looks like he's been hit a couple of times with a red paintball not offence to Popz, but i think i can make a better one, u just give me an idea of an actual item or a subject to implement on the splash i'm currently workin on

thats not nice, I put a lot of work on it....i dont see whats wrong with it, if you think something is wrong with it please tell me, ill try and fix it, oh and im not giving anyone the psd sorry
EDIT: Upon listening to bain's feedback about what was wrong, ive made some changes to the current banner
Ive made the blood darker so it looks more like blood and less like paint, more crimson , ive also made it so it takes less of the SH's brightness

it's beautiful. I love it. Really, well done.

It would help also to make the ala rubra more legible. Maybe choosing a different font?

u see when i was ur age, everyone used HTML coding for instance, and i was really cool for being able to use it:P

as for the tattoo
i REALLY loved illidan in WC3, and lots of him reminds me of myself, and also of the whole kidney story, VERY long story so wont write that all here, those of you who ARE intrestd however can ask me about it on WOW
in any case, once it is set ill show u a pic, itll be my second tattoo, my first is kinda like my avatar here

but if someone can make me that splash itwould be really awesome:D and id be indebted to that person:D
